At Premiux, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

Returns are not accepted for worn, damaged, or sale items.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective).
Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days, subject to availability.

Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Wrong Items
