Returns & Exchange Policy

At Premiux, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.


Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Returns are not accepted for worn, damaged, or sale items.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective).


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days, subject to availability.

  • Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Defective or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement or full refund.
